Qualification:
Graduate in any stream preferably having degree/PG diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resources/Industrial Relation or similar field.
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in HR practices including data creating, interviewing, recruitment, orientation, training etc.
Responsibilities:
Would be responsible to contact different clients, creating data base, screening the candidates, arranging training, seminars, orientation and similar kind of functions relating to personnel management and HRD.
